• After completing registration, the fees become non-refundable, non-transferable, and unmodifiable.
• Please provide a secure email ID/mobile number that you can regularly access, as this will be our primary means of communication.
• Emails and SMSes concerning your participation should not be treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider.
• Any notice sent to the registered email address shall be considered received.
• By registering, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be stored and used by YouTooCanRun or any other company for event organization, promotion, administration, and statistical purposes.
• If this registration is for a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian granting permission for the child to participate in the event.
• You also understand and agree that you may be contacted by the Sponsors and Promoters of the event for marketing and promotion of offers and grant explicit permission to send communications on my mobile number & email address provided hereinabove.

• I hereby unconditionally authorize the Event Management and its Title Sponsor’s to send promotional mailers and SMS including any service, products, or offers. We will be sending regular updates to the mobile number you have provided in the registration form this should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS /email service provider and/or the Event Manager and its Sponsors.
